Terry Hay of New Zealand retired for a second time in 2008, after operating a medium sized flight catering business for about twelve years. He still keeps busy by providing consulting services to food businesses, and says that he travels a lot and eats too much. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in Vietnam, and is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine.
